Dave was able to capture a forever keepsake of our Gracie, who was a former Puppymill Mama, who was a part of our family for two years. He consulted with us throughout the process to ensure we were happy with the progress.

After a little tweaking, Dave was able to capture Gracie. We didn’t realize, but around the time Dave was finishing the product Gracie was sick. We took her in to her doctor and was sadden by news she had advanced kidney disease and was a sick little 7 year old. We said goodbye. Two weeks after her passing we received Dave’s beautiful work. We cried. It’s definitely her. She now is the main focal point on our mantel. Thank you Dave for sharing your talent.

I can’t even begin to put into words how amazing this painting is. David knocked it out of the park capturing the small details that makes the painting so life like. We’ve had 4 different paintings done by David, and each one only keeps getting better !!!

After seeing all the incredible artwork David was painting of beloved pets, I reached out last year to have him paint all 5 of the police K9’s in our unit. I was blown away by the detail of each and every one! This year I couldn’t resist another one of my Ziva and again it was exceptional! There were two local police K9’s that had paid the ultimate sacrifice and when I contacted him to gift the handlers with a portrait of their beloved K9 he dropped everything, painted the portraits and had them sent. He is a huge K9 supporter, an amazing artist and a wonderful human being!

I have had two commissions by David. The realism is amazing, but more, he somehow captures the personality of your dog. Love his work and highly recommend!

Dave did an amazing job portraying our labradors–not only their expressions, but their personalities. He is a true perfectionist taking care that he gets just the right picture, captures just the right expression and involving you every step of the way. We will treasure our portraits always.
